The warm water, at the ideal temperature, reconnects body and mind.<\/p>\n

Next, you may move on to the hot-water pool<\/strong>. This space, with its elevated temperature, is perfect for relaxing the muscles and reducing tension. The heat deeply penetrates the body, opens the pores, relieves tightness, and brings an immediate sense of wellbeing.<\/p>\n

After the hot bath, we recommend immersing yourself in the cold-water pool<\/strong>. This contrast revitalizes the body and awakens the senses<\/strong>. Cold water closes the pores, tones the skin, and provides renewed energy \u2014 creating the perfect balance after the warmth.
